This wasn't just a check for mould. This was a personal health emergency. I engaged The Mould Lady to help me detect whether we had mould growing in our home after I was suffering from fatigue and hormonal imbalances (I had a feeling it was present after all the heavy rain in Sydney last year).
I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on mould remediation unless I was absolutely sure it was necessary. Jodie was so lovely to deal with. She came to my house and did a really thorough check in every room (even my roof cavity!) with specialised equipment. Then she provided an easy to understand report which showed the exact parts of my home that were at risk, what type of mould was present (because not all mould is dangerous), active mould vs inactive mould and some clear recommendations and next steps.
